When Carrie Beaner lived with us she would regularly make us delicious baked tofu. She would put it in the refrigerator and it would be gone quickly. So, after she left I had no choice other than to bake my own tofu. It looks good but it was NOT delicious and it got moldy because it was not delicious. I asked Carrie for her recipe but she didn't tell me how to make it exactly. Here is a Christmas Cactus that she gave us that is doing really well. See all the new growth? It's red.
